Ingredients:
2 avocados
2-3 garlic cloves
1 Jalopeno, chopped with ribs and seeds removed
2 smallish tomatoes, chopped
Salt and pepper
Mash up the avocados and mix in all the other ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.
I ate the guac with red-hot-and-blue corn chips, which are also hot. This stuff did not last very long in our house.
